The Executive Director- Kalema Ali- Halal Assurance Institute had Exciting discussions with Ambassador Deputy Ambassador #Sheikh Sulaiman Guggwa, at the Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In respect to how GCC Accreditation center could collaborate closely with Halal Certification Bodies in providing guidance on accreditation requirements, conducting assessments, and ensuring that Halal Certification Bodies meet the standards set by the GCC Standardization Organization (GSO). This support includes:

1.  Training and Capacity Building – Offering workshops and training to help HCBs understand GCC Halal standards and accreditation criteria.
2.  Pre-assessment Support – Assisting HCBs in identifying and closing gaps before formal assessment.
3. Accreditation Process Facilitation – Guiding HCBs through the documentation, audit, and evaluation stages required for GCC accreditation.
